The Robot Harvester is designed by industrial designer Olga Kalugina. It is a self driven robot created to scan street territories and shopping centers for trash and accumulate them to the right place for disposal and recycling.
Robot Harvester can gather big rubbish using manipulators. It features two web cameras and sensors to detect length of an element which will help it to estimate the territory and locate the place where the rubbish is awaiting to be picked.
Scope of small rubbish creates by two diagonal sweeper-collectors that sweep trash away just close to the edge. The robot is powered by electricity, recharging the accumulators automatically.

The accumulated trash is dumped into a built-in tank, divided into two compartments for trash of different sizes. Smaller pieces of trash are collected in the small compartment, bigger pieces are handled by manipulators and fall through upper hole that is closed with plates. Tank is put away from robot automatically and can be removed for washing.
This futuristic concept robot Scarab, automates the process of collecting trash from the streets and storing it.
